What Promptly costs, how modules and seats are billed, and how a trial becomes a subscription. Everything here is managed on Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
Two ideas explain the whole model. You pay for modules, not tiers — Chat is the base, the rest are add-ons you switch on when you need them. And you pay your AI provider separately for the tokens, because Promptly runs on your own key. So there is no message quota to watch and no overage to fear; your Promptly bill is predictable and your AI bill is yours.

Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — Paddle appears on your statement and issues your invoices, and handles VAT for your country. Prices are in EUR per month, excluding VAT.
