01 · Pipeline

What happens after
you press Add.

The demo above is the whole workflow on your side. Here's ours — four steps, all automatic, usually done before you switch tabs.

  1. 1
    Fetch
Web pages are crawled link by link, sitemaps expanded, PDFs and DOCX files parsed — including tables. JavaScript-heavy pages render in a real browser before extraction.
  2. 2
    Clean
Navigation menus, cookie banners, footers, and boilerplate are stripped out. Only the content a human would actually read makes it into the index.
  3. 3
    Index
Text is split into semantic chunks and embedded with a multilingual model — a question asked in German finds an answer written in English.
  4. 4
    Answer
Every reply combines semantic search with keyword matching, and cites its sources. Customers can click through to the exact article the answer came from.

02 · Freshness

Knowledge that
doesn't go stale.

  • Scheduled re-crawls
Sources re-sync on the schedule you set — hourly, daily, weekly. Changed pages are re-indexed; unchanged ones are skipped, so re-syncs stay fast.
  • Edit anything, re-index instantly
Fix a typo in a manual entry or replace an uploaded file and the change is searchable within seconds. No rebuild button, no waiting.
  • Unanswered questions, closed loop
Analytics shows every question the bot couldn't answer. Write the answer, add it to the knowledge base, hit Test to re-ask the exact question — and dismiss the ones that don't matter.
  • External APIs on a leash
Connected JSON endpoints — product catalogs, pricing feeds — re-sync automatically and only pull what changed since last time.

03 · Help Center

One knowledge base.
Two front doors.

The same articles that power the bot can be published as a public help center — hosted by us, or embedded straight into your own site.

  • Hosted help center
A clean, searchable docs site with your logo, colors, and custom CSS. Dark mode included. Live the moment you press Publish.
  • Import from Word or PDF
Already have a manual in a .docx or PDF? Upload it and the heading structure becomes pages and sections automatically. You preview the tree, adjust what goes where, then commit — no copy-pasting chapter by chapter.
  • Embed it on your site
One snippet puts the whole help center inside any page of your website, in an auto-resizing frame. Visitors never leave your domain.
  • Chat answers link back
When the bot cites an article, the link opens in your help center — on your site if you embedded it, on ours if you didn't. Either way, the customer lands on the exact article.
  • SEO out of the box
Every published article gets a sitemap entry and clean URLs, so your help content ranks — and answers customers before they even open the chat.
